Awesome playlist, man! I love ELO! I have that 2 disc collection also, as well as the Face the Music album. Great band. One thing that has always had me though, is the fact that the song "Fire on High" never makes it to any of their "Best Of" collections. I searched for that song for YEARS before I finally tracked it down. Remember when they used to play it during ABC's Wide World of Sports?

Yeah... I'm a weirdo ELO fan - my favorite disk is "Time"... Most ELO fans call that blasphemy!

It's a cdr comp that I made and it has everything released thus far, excluding the one track of a live recording of "R.I.P." from the Soviet Invasion EP. That's the only song I can't locate. No problem though, since the studio version from Death Penalty is on here.

I guess the music is what is really turning my crank. However there is a certain grit to HR that recalls the early days. I like the lack of polishedness The reggae stuff is sweet! But man they tear it up like old school on some of that!

ok maybe it is just me or the computer speakers but drums are like a steering wheel on a pirate's groin- Driving Me Nuts!

Deliverance's drums sound hoorid on this release IMO. I think what is really annoying me is the cymbals. But they also sound slightly off in parts. And speaking of drums, any drum savvy people help me out here.... What is the big deal about Robert Sweet's drumming? DBeality, Seventh Power make a big deal of FEATURING ROBERT SWEET! I don't get it. They seem VERY straightforward. Not bad but hardly outstanding. In fact his thing seems to be very splashy cymbals. And it actually annoys me. But I'm no drummer so help me out here. I would rather hear Glenn Mancruso or Tony Velasquez (Sacred Warrior) on these releases.
