I realize that Quiet Riot was/is a great band and with all due respect to Kevin DuBrow but that is THE gayest album cover I have ever seen. Look at DuBrow's outfit, it's PINK aside from the fact that it is a friggin' jump suit. Kevin's jump suit has KNEE PADS!!!??? WTF???!!! I hope that is a really, really, really, really, really, really great album. I am now deducting 500 cool points from you Troggy and I will be adding those 500 points to your gay points. Up yours, crinklemuffin! Any of Keith Urban's album covers make that one look UBERMACHO by comparison.

(It is quite gay looking though, you're right. But I do quite enjoy the music on it for what/who it is and the period it is from.)

Picked up the first pressing of Stryper's Yellow & Black Attack. Notice the cover is slightly different than the second pressing.

The true first pressing is catalog # E-1064. This particular pressing featured a slightly misprinted cover that was recalled. The image on the cover was enlarged to the point where the "hand of God" is almost completely missing and the letters are not visible on Robert Sweet's rocket. This pressing also does not have a bar code on the back cover. The more common pressing has the corrected cover, a barcode on that back cover and is catalog # 71064-1. (The catalog numbers can be seen on the spine as well as on the label of the A-side of the record itself.)

That happened to me many years ago. I purchased "Sin After Sin" and it has "Stained Class" in it. It was a blessing in disguise though, as it was my first Priest record and "Exciter" made me into a huge fan. Not sure that Sin After Sin would have had the same immediate impact.

Yep! I actually found another one today w/ the pic sleeve, but the cover isn't quite as good as the other one, so it's a done deal and the extra cover will go on the wall in my office.
