| SEVENTH POWER - Seventh Power OZZY OSBOURNE - Ozzmosis TOURNIQUET - Stop The Bleeding
A whole bunch of others, too after Christmas. I got Ozzmosis back when it came out, and loved it, but got rid of it during my "Christian only" phase...but I'm glad to have it again!
I'm really happy about The Seventh Power -- anyone else dig it?
Trog -- You just got Under the Blade and Live at Hammersmith? Those are two of TS's best!!! Check out the version of "Under The Blade" on Hammersmith -- listen to the way JJ French bends slightly out of key (intentionally sharp) and gives those leads such a deranged sound![/i] |

| I've had UTB for some time, but I recently had to replace it when one of my dogs pissed on part of my collection. :x But yeah, this is the first time I've ever had Live at Hammersmith. I look forward to hearing it! | |

| Tonight I picked up the new (well, from 2005) digipack release of Queen's A Night At The Opera.
Not only is the sound improved (even better than the 1991 remaster), but there's a bonus DVD with the videos for Bohemian Rhapsody and You're My Best Friend, plus live footage edited together to create videos for all the other tracks... which at first didn't sound very cool, but is.
Also, there's great commentary from all four band members... new commentary from Brian & Roger, and old recordings that fit perfectly from Freddie and John. |

| I ordered a used copy of the Lost Dogs "Mutt" CD yesterday. Let's see... oh yeah! I got the imported version of Saigon Kick's "Devil in the Details" CD with two bonus tracks! And lastly I ordered Spring Clock Wonder's "Confessor Moon" (the full length CD) If you have not heard my buddy Ian's project, Spring Clock Wonder... go here and listen/download this song http://www.macjams.com/song/27735 Ian put a bunch of Spring Clock tunes up on Macjams for free download! Some of you may have the Deliverance live at C-Stone reunion CD - Ian was the drummer on that disk... Ian is an awesome talent, playing all the instruments on the Spring Clock cd. | |

But so far I've picked up:
Electric Wizard - Thy Greif Eternal, S/T, Come My Fanatics Nattefrost - Terrorist: Necronaut Pt1 Sourvein - Emerald Vulture
and later this week I should be going back for:
Bedemon - Child of Darkness The Hidden Hand - Mother Teacher Destroyer, Divine Propaganda Sunn O)))/Boris - Altar
to replace my CD-Rs/MP3s
Like I said, I've been digging the stoner doom lately!

| Went to the record show yesterday. I won a $10 gift certificate in a raffle!
AWESOME!
So with that, I got the following on vinyl..
ROSSINGTON COLLINS BAND - This is the way
BUDGIE - If I were Brittania I'd waive the rules
CHARLIE DANIELS BAND - Nightrider
I listened to some of the BUDGIE and was kinda bummed. It kinda sucked.
But the BUDGIE I heard (actually at the PLACE OF SKULLS I was at with
Troggy) was pretty killer! I only listened to the first 3 songs so far though..
The guy at the record show was really into BUDGIE and said this one was
his favorite, so I got it..
After the show, I went over to my friends house and gave me a few records..
BLACK SABBATH - Mob Rules
BLACK SABBATH - Heaven and Hell
AEROSMITH - Greatest Hits
ACCEPT - Midnight Highway
LED ZEPPELIN - Presence
RAINBOW - Rising
RATT - Out of the Cellar
KISS - Alive
ALLMAN BROTHERS BAND - Beginnings
GREGG ALLMAN - Laid Back
LYNYRD SKYNYRD - Street Survivors
LYNYRD SKYNYRD - Nuthin' Fancy
LYNYRD SKYNYRD - One more from the road
LYNYRD SKYNYRD - Gimme Back My Bullets
BLACKFOOT - Strikes
BLACKFOOT - Tomcattin'
WHITESNAKE - Live..In The Heart Of The City
JUDAS PRIEST - Sin after Sin
JUDAS PRIEST - Sad Wings Of Destiny
KISS - Dressed To Kill
VOLUNTEER JAM III and IV - Hosted by Charlie Daniels Band
ZZ TOP - El Loco
ZZ TOP - Eliminator
OUTLAWS - Los Hombres Malo
MARSHALL TUCKER BAND - Tenth
OUTLAWS - Lady In Waiting
DICKY BETTS & GREAT SOUTHERN - Atlanta's Burning Down

| CRAP!!!!
I guess Wino is just too lazy to sing..
He has such a killer voice. That is one of the reasons I didn't like the first HIDDEN HAND that much. I can deal with one or two songs with Bruce, but anymore than that, and it's annoying. I like Wino's voice alot, so naturally, I want him to sing the songs..
Thanks for the heads up on that..

| Bruce and Wino also do a bit of singing together, like on Mother*Teacher*Destroyer. I think they have a cool sounding combination with the both of them singing harmonies. Bruce's voice sounds MUCH better on this one than the first one though, bro. So give it a chance. | |
