Angry Little Freak is dead... for good this time.

As you all know, I used to work under the name "Angry Little Freak," but events in my life over the last year have led me to shed that moniker. I've entered a new season in my life, and will continue my musical endeavors under a new name: October Remorse.

My sincere gratitude goes to those who supported me through the Angry Little Freak years. It was an amazing time in my life, and you made it possible.

I have many things planned for October Remorse. There are many things that I wanted to do before, but could not while I was still operating in my former guise. The door has been opened, and 2007 will bring some exciting new things, beginning with a new instrumental album this summer. The album is very heavy industrial/goth and is instrumental. How to put it...

It's more personal than I'm really ready to explain, but a big part of it is that I've left behind a lot of the stuff that inspired the lyrics.

Now, before I'm burned at the stake by the Bible thumpers -- it's not the Christian references I wanted to leave behind.

It's stuff like "Screaming," "Pull the Trigger," "Ice Cold Heart," etc. that are no longer a part of me. I'm not angry anymore :)

October Remorse has basically the same sound as Angry Little Freak, but a different spirit. It's more intense than Angry Little Freak, and darker.

So far, the response has been overwhelmingly positive!
