I've not heard them in a long, long time. I remember hearing "The Door" and thinking it was more pop/adult contemporarly than southern rock. Is that the case or am I way off base?

It's not quite as Southern Fried as his other stuff, but it's still a very strong album with a southern smell to it.

The heaviest and naturally my favorite,the mighty Molly Hatchet .Phil McCormack did an awesome job live ,just hate that I never got too see good ol DJB in concert,favorite song,the rowdy Bounty Hunter really like the subject matter in that one!

I didn't know any of these bands during the 70's, but they were all doing quality stuff. I got burnt out on most of the classics back in the day, so it was really nice to find some vintage stuff that was fresh for me.
