| Yo DC! I maintain that Iron Maiden - through - Powerslave is the best 5 year/5 album stretch in Metal (and possibly music) history. They were simply young, hungry, good and on! Iron Maiden.........-1980 Killers.................-1981 Number..............-1982 Piece.................-1983 Powerslave..........-1984 I know many also like SIT and 7th Son but those fall mostly flat for me. They got to antiseptic and clean sounding. But if you like those as well the glory might be extended.. | |

With all due respect, my friend, I think that all of us here know that Judas Priest holds that honor! Though in the mighty Priest's case ... it's an 11 album streak ... Rocka Rolla through Priest ... Live! all do it for me!!! (and I'm sorry, it's not that I don't like Turbo per se, it's that it doesn't belong in the hall o' fame the way those others ^^ do)

| Maiden was probably one of the first metal bands I laid ears to way back when. I first heard Killers. My brother had the 8 track! Give me the first album up to Somewhere In Time and Im good.
They arent coming anywhere near me of course but then again I really dont like Janik Gers and I just dont think I would want to see them with him in the line up. I saw them on the Somewhere In Time tour and they kicked total tail so......the memory is good.

| I loved this one. I was a happy to have this as I was the UFO release with a similar name. And this one.. ..got lots of play as well. This led me to pick up N.O.B. After discovering CCM, and while laying down music for awhile (which actually was a good thing) I somehow got it into my cranium that da debil was behind this musik and I proceeded to put my hoLY b00T right through my beautiful vinyls. I don't have anything to play it on currently anyway but it was very cool to have and I enjoyed listening to them mucho. | |

| I love IRON MAIDEN up to and including 'Seventh Son...' After that, there are songs I like on every album (even the Blaze albums), but whole albums not so much. | |

Would you be able/willing to fix Mr. Bass Player here and give him a black background instead of white?

| My first exposure to Iron Maiden was the Maiden Japan Ep. My brother had it and I was blown away. Then he picked up Killers and I was hooked. I remember riding to school with my bro (he is 7 years older than I ) and rocking out to his Killers 8-Track in his late 70's model Ford Torino. Maaaaaan those were good times. I like em all up to and including Seventh Son. I lost interest after that, although I do like and own Brave New World and A Matter of Life and Death. I just wish Janik would leave so Adrian could all of his street cred back. Adrian is in my top 5 guitar players and was a huge influence on my style of playing. | |

| My first exposure to Maiden was in 1985, when we moved from Arkansas back to Kentucky for a while. My cousin had a copy of Piece of Mind on cassette that somehow ended up in one of our boxes of stuff.
I put it in, and this 8 year old kid was hooked. My dad hates metal with a passion, so you can imagine what he said when he heard me playing To Tame a Land.
