Why is Chapter VI slagged on?

It's the one Candlemass that even the band members seem to dis. I don't understand that as it's a great album. Different, especially vocally, but Thomas does a fine job and it's maybe more just straight metal but it still rocks a doom vibe. What do you all think?

It's mainly because of "Messiah Worship", I consider it a solid effort. Leif seems to jump on the bandwagon and join in on the slagging when fans or critics cut up his art, he starts making excuses when he should let the art stand on it's own.
