The Testified clips were the reason that Scourged Flesh got signed to Rowe Productions for their debut album.

It was an impressive debut... I'll let you in on a secret if you promise not to tell anyone else at all

The bass was recorded by Todd. He had two weeks to learn how to play a bass guitar as Simon had to pull out of the band two weeks before they entered the studio. They kept him in the credits though, as Rowe Productions were unable to sign up a 2-man band.
