Yeah,

it's as slow as it gets at times, tuned down to Drop C if I recall correctly.

It's harder to play slow than one would think Sleep

VD became my favorite band in the world after Tad Morose lost thier prog edge in the late 90's. And Tounges is the best album yet IMO. I like the contrast between the up tempo more modern sounding songs and the epics. See my review on the Heart of Metal board.
