Late night Zia-run this weekend!!! (WOO HOO!!!)

The Sword - Age of Winters (I'm really diggin this one!!!)

Brand New Sin - Tequila (anyone like this band? I think they're
a great accessible south-fryed classique-tinged hard hitting rock n
roll band!)

Impiety - Kaos Kommand 696 (AWESOME Brazilian black-death ...
and I don't usually like black-death much, but these guys pull it off
with style)

Black Funeral - Waters of Weeping

Joe Satriani - Super Colossal (Mr. Satriani delivers, as usual! LOVE this guy!)

Mortem - De Natura Daemonum (more south American black-death, not sure what country, though)

Resurrection - Embalmed Existence (hilarious old school tongue-in-cheek death-thrash)

3 West - Sunday Morning (a Phoenix friend of mine's "adult" rock band's first album ... and actually really good CD!)

Troggy, when we gonna go used-sharkin' again??

Haha, as I was typing this ... I thought to myself ... "I give ghosts
12 hours to reply with a post about how awesome the Sword is." You have
proven too predictable for this board. I hereby sentence you to 3 days
in the nonsense room!

Ok, seriously though, I agree with you. They seem to have acheived at
least a basic level of commercial sucess as well, which is surprising
considering their Sabbathy "trad/stoner" doomy rock sound, but
nonetheless very cool!

EDIT: AND DON'T COME BACK UNTIL YOU REQUIRE LARGE AMOUNTS OF MEDICATION TO FUNCTION IN SOCIETY! I'M WARNING YOU, GHOSTS!! Twisted Evil

The spoils from NordicFest:

Trouble - Psalm 9 (Remastered)
Veni Domine - Tongues
Neal Morse - Sola Scriptura
My Silent Wake - "The full MSW deal" (both releases, a button, a shirt, and a special DVD! yeeha! Bouncy )

I'm having mixed feelings about that remaster... For the most part it sounds amazingly sharp, yet sometimes I wonder whether they might have turned the knobs just a little too much...
