Well, I've got a broken foot and have been on Workman's Comp for 7 weeks now! Because of that I have not had money AND I couldn't drive! I am not back to work yet, but I can finally drive again!!! That and $'s from my recent birthday allowed me to hit 2 of my favorite used CD stores in the last 2 days and I am thrilled with the score I made!!!

Yesterday:
Queensryche - Take Cover
The Donnas - Bitchin'
COC - Live Volume DVD
David Gilmour - Live at Royal Albert Hall DVD

Today:
The Quill - In Triumph
The Mystick Crewe of Clearlight - S/T
Jeff Martin - Exile and the Kingdom
Marillion - Best of Both Worlds (2CD Set)

All for less than $80 including NYS Tax!!!

It's just ok...kinda like Vitus without characteristic vocals, since diff guys handle the vox. They do a pretty cool cover of "I Love Livin' in the City" by FEAR tho.

Yep, I was a closet Andy Taylor fan after "Take it Easy" was released via the movie American Anthem. Big Smile

Well I HATE Duran Duran but Andy.. he was a metal head and had some pretty cool rock going on.... which of course the DD Darlings never got. If memory serves me right Steve Jones of the Sex Pistols either produced or played on that album. As a punker back then that got my attention

Hey, thanks for the recommend on FLOGGING MOLLY yesterday. I pickded up Drunken Lullabies for my wife as a St. Patrick's Day prezzie and it was just what the doctor ordered. She loves 'em. She's really been into the whole Irish ball of wax for the last year, so this fits right in. I'm sure I'll be acquiring the entire catalogue for her before too long. WAY UP!

I'll have to check out the DROPKICK MURPHYS as well. Thanks for the tip on them too. GEEN! Are they a bit more punk than FM?

CDs:
FLOGGING MOLLY - Drunken Lullabies

Vinyl:
AXE - Offering
BLACK SABBATH - Paranoid (WB green label)
JOURNEY - Dream After Dream
(with Steve Perry from 1980...anyone know what this is?)
KROKUS - Hardware
STRYPER - In God We Trust (still sealed!)
