It's just ok...kinda like Vitus without characteristic vocals, since diff guys handle the vox. They do a pretty cool cover of "I Love Livin' in the City" by FEAR tho. - ghosts of athanasius wrote:

| Well I HATE Duran Duran but Andy.. he was a metal head and had some pretty cool rock going on.... which of course the DD Darlings never got. If memory serves me right Steve Jones of the Sex Pistols either produced or played on that album. As a punker back then that got my attention | |

Yep, Steve played on it. He may have produced it also, I can't remember. Here's a link if you want to grab it digitally: http://rapidshare.com/files/72765684/Andy_Taylor.rarHey, thanks for the recommend on FLOGGING MOLLY yesterday. I pickded up Drunken Lullabies for my wife as a St. Patrick's Day prezzie and it was just what the doctor ordered. She loves 'em. She's really been into the whole Irish ball of wax for the last year, so this fits right in. I'm sure I'll be acquiring the entire catalogue for her before too long. I'll have to check out the DROPKICK MURPHYS as well. Thanks for the tip on them too. Are they a bit more punk than FM? CDs:FLOGGING MOLLY - Drunken LullabiesVinyl:AXE - OfferingBLACK SABBATH - Paranoid (WB green label) JOURNEY - Dream After Dream(with Steve Perry from 1980...anyone know what this is?) KROKUS - HardwareSTRYPER - In God We Trust (still sealed!)

Yeah, I'm totally diggin' it. I have all three by the Experience. I love 'em all, but I gotta say I think the debut is probably my favorite at this point. Axis is stellar, though I feel some of the songs are cut short before they really are ready to be over, if you know what I mean. "Little Wing" is probably the most obvious example - when it fades out, I'm feeling like Jimi is just warming up! It's easy to see why he and Chas Chandler parted ways after that - Chas never would have let him rip for 16 minutes on "Voodoo Chile"!!

CD: CHEAP TRICK - Rockford DIRTY LOOKS - Superdeluxe DIO - Holy Diver Live AVENGER OF BLOOD - Death Brigade
VINYL: KISS - Lick It Up (Mint copy!) YAY!!!! Seems most copies I find of this are tore up, dirty and mangled. White album covers don't tend to stay clean very easy. I had just as hard of a time finding a good copy of Aerosmith - Draw the Line.
