Ive been a big rockabilly kick lately. Ive been downloading stuff for two days and have found some cool bands.

The Deadbillys
The Frantic Flattops
Rockin Rebels
Red Devils
Lee Mitchell
Buddy Covelle

Really cool to hear how this sound developed in the 50's with the likes of Jerry Lee Lewis (whose new cd smokes!) and has evolved into modern day like Rev. Horton Heat and Nekromantix. Any rockabilly fans?

Have you heard The Headcat?
It's Lemmy from Motorhead and the guitarist from the Stray Cats

also I recommend Hellhammerhand Hix. They are from Virginia and on myspace. Also Bobby from Eternal Ryte has a pretty cool rockabilly band out of Denver called 18 Wheel Disaster (I think) It is cool

Eternal Ryte........as in the Christian band that did World Requiem or something of that nature?

Say it one more time Addy!

Not bad Ghosts...the singer sounds like Lee Dorian from Cathedral...which is really odd in a rockabilly like setting.
