| I discovered these guys after I saw MEGADETH playing in a small club back in 1984 in Berkeley, CA. Dave was wearing a shirt with DH's logo on it and I was intrigued, so I went searching the next day. The above album was the one I found first (on vinyl, no less) and the rest is history! This is the band that got me into NWOBHM in the first place, and they are still one of my favorite bands of all time. IN addition, Sean Harris is one of my favorite vocalists and Brian Tatler is one of my favorite guitarists! Quite a band, eh? Any other fans? Here's the logo Dave had on his shirt that night (I still wish I could find one of these shirts): |

| And here's the full spread of the awesome Borrowed Time cover artwork (done by Rodney Matthews and based on the Elric character from Michael Moorcock's Elric Saga series of books) which I recently found in a large poster form and will be framing for inclusion on my wall in the music room: |

| Hey, my first post on this board. The NWOBHM Diamond Head is one of my all time favorite bands. I agree that the Harris/Tatler combo is a force to be reconed with. What I have heard of recent material brough out by the Tatler led (sans Harris) version is very 'meh'. Not a bad band, nothing like the past glories though. |

| It's not that they haven't heard, they can't get the stuff. Really, most of Diamond Head's stuff isn't just your everyday CD shop find ... but I recently picked up Behold the Beginning compilation, which is pretty awesome. I'm planning on getting the others as time goes by. _________________ ---- Theyyyyy sayyyy myyy songggsss are much too slowww....
