What Black Sabbath started with the rain-soaked tritone that kicked off thier eponymous debut The Wounded Kings carry on, following Iommi's original directions further into the void to explore fuly the sounds of doom. It's all about the heavy spiralling away inot doom madness as each song gathers pace and dispair. The raw production captures the warm tones of each riff, but rather than the usual rumbling, overdriven sound of raw doom knob-twiddling, there's an enormous amount of space in the sound, creating a doomy abyss that begs you to close your eyes and dive straight in.KKKK - Nick Ruskell - KERRANG (UK)

Got their album also (the promo : Ô the joy of working for a Metal Mag'). Damn great mix between Electric Wizard (think Dopethrone or Witchcult Today), the Void worshipping of UFOmammut and early Hawkwind, Death SS in the Paul Chain era, some small bits of Sludge à la Graves At Sea and that pure 70's dark vibemade famous by Black Sabbath, Antonius Rex/Jacula and Black Widow.
