Wino related? That's Spirit Caravan. Spiritual Beggars is a spinoff band from Arch Enemy & Grand Magus. They are both AWESOME though!!!

Spiritual Beggars are awesome! I especially love their keyboards (by the keyboardist of Opeth). Even though i also love Grand Magus very much, I think their old (pre- Demons) vocalist fit their music a tad better, but that's just a minor quibble... He (JB) is a very good vocalist by the way, and excellent live!

Man, i really dig this band and the DVD is awesome. I think they reached their peak with the On Fire album, Demons i thought was a bit patchy.

On Fire went to number one on some mainstream charts in places like Greece and Italy. The band has a huge following over there.

I picked up On Fire after reading this thread, I actually wasn't aware of other albums with the new vocalist apart from Demons, which didn't quite "hook" me like their previous efforts (although it definitely have its moments too). And I have to agree, On Fire is one kick ass album...

"Another way to shine" ... Another killer album! I've had it rotating constantly the last few days... Such a great blend of psychedelic rock and doom, with plenty of Jimi Hendrix and Trouble references. Ok, it may not be as polished as their later efforts, but it more than makes up for it in the spirit & charm department! Indicative of how this album grabbed me, is how I just now after listening 2 days straight realized there were (almost) no organs on it... which I had previously thought to be such an important part of their sound. Goes to show how little i know about music! Now I just need to find their s/t debut somewhere...

The debut is a great album but very primitive compared to their later efforts, if i had to pick a favorite album it would be hard but i have to say Ad Astra but On Fire comes real close.
