Several Species of Large Burly Trogs Gathered Together in a Cave and Grooving on the Doom (a.k.a. the official TROGLODYTE DAWN, CDA and other Stone Grooves message board)
I'm sure most would say that Great White wrote this song but in fact it was Ian Hunter. I was reading comments at youtube and I presume those who were bad mouthing this song were those who had no clue that this was from the original Ian Hunter classic song!

Mott - Put out 2 albums after Ian left "Drive on" and "Shouting and Pointing" After a couple of member changes they became "The British Lions" I saw "Mott The Hoople" With "Queen" opening for them in 1974. I also saw "The British Lions" opening for "Alvin Lee". Good Times, Great Music Skullvoid

WOW, I just noticed the age thing myself, I must have messed that one up!! Actually I'm only 3 and a half years old (luney tunes quote) I be 44 I be. I think I was 10 because my very first show was Alice Cooper in Boston, Mass. 1973 and I was 9 years old, My sister and her boyfriend brought me, It was kind of a big deal with my folks. I was already running around the house with my eyes painted up all the time after I seen him on TV. I was quite a little freak and still am! The only thing that I remember about The Hoople was "Dudes" and "Marionnette" Which was way cool. The only thing I remember about Queen was that they were QUEER. (I wasn't on the train yet) Trog knows how I feel about Queen, They are very close to my heart. They did "Hey Big Spender" That was cool. I have also seen Ian a couple of times in the early 80's. Once with Heart and another time with The Kinks. He opened both shows.( With MICK !!) NOTE TO TROG: I must have told you about that, C'mon. My first formal Queen show was in 1977. They did "Millionaire Waltz". That's another topic altogether. That was back in the day when everybody used to come here and tickets were 7 dollars!!! skullvoid
